TIMESLIP

The Management, Invoicing and Reports tabs contain access-restricted
functions for managing clients, contacts, vendor billing and
productivity reports. From within these areas, billing defaults such as
rate structures, budget control, client timeslip entry and various other tasks are performed. The program can support an unlimited number of clients, staff and rates per staff member/client. It also allows the definition of timeslip activity and expense limits, billing schedules and management of fixed pricing files.

According to a client survey, Abak 6.0 completely annihilates
under-billing, provides for accurate invoicing, prevents double-entry
timeslip errors and ensures a better control of subcontractors, vendors and
resources. Management can also monitor productivity and workflow.

Abak Software elected to embed Advantage Database Server from Extended Systems into its program to provide its existing and potential
customers with a reliable, scalable and flexible client/server
environment. The relatively small deployment size, simple installation
and Delphi-compliant design of the Advantage Database Server allows
Abak to upgrade existing clients remotely, while enabling new
customers to easily and securely evaluate its timeslip management
solution before making a purchasing decision.

Q: What is the difference between Abak Pro and Abak Enterprise?
A: Abak Enterprise is a complete professional services automation solution. It allows for multiple corporate entity structures, it allows for automatic invoicing and managing timeslip banks. It's the top of the line. Abak Pro does not allow for automatic invoicing and you cannot manage vendors with Abak Pro.
